Mr. Rana began his professional career in 2003 as an Executive-Sales & Marketing at Crescent Holdings Ltd. and honed his skills in business strategy and client relations. His diligence and performance earned him his subsequent important role at Building Technology & Ideas Ltd. (BTI), a firm that is one of the most well-respected real estate companies in Bangladesh. His keen eye for market trends and customer requirements led him to Asset Developments & Holdings Ltd., where he served as Deputy Manager of Customer Relations (Sales) from 2015 to 2019. There, he played a pivotal role in client relationship building and improving service delivery, and he established himself as professional and dependable.
In 2019, he became Manager of Marketing & Sales at Ventura Properties Ltd., which developed his sales and leadership abilities. His next career transition to Sajeeb Homes Ltd. in 2021 was another turning point in his leadership career, where as Senior Manager of Sales Operations, he oversaw high-performing teams and made direct contributions to revenue generation and operational efficiency.
